Based in DC, I'm currently a software engineer at Instacart 🥕. Previously, I've built products in the edtech space to diversify tech talent as well as in the sustainable e-commerce space.

I'm a career transitioner from the foreign aid field. I transitioned to software engineering because I love being challenged, enjoy building stuff, and wanted to see my impact in real time.

I grew up in China, spent a year in Egypt and worked for a few months in Ethiopia. I love street food & public transportation, waste time on K-pop, and take every opportunity to advocate for happy hours with boba tea.
